Ms. Alleger recently joined URDC after obtaining a Master’s of Landscape Architecture with a focus on ecological restoration. In addition to traditional landscape architecture design instruction, Ms. Alleger developed strong skills in ecology studies in woodland, wetland and public lands settings to find synergistic human-nature relationships through rigorous inventory, analysis and theoretical, sciencebased class work and hand-on field study. Ms. Alleger is a past instructor at Temple University for undergraduate and graduate design studios and ecology laboratories.

Education: Masters of Landscape Architecture, Temple University 2012 Bachelor of Arts in Geography, West Virginia University Society for Ecological Restoration (SER) - Board Member and Representative-at-Large Annual symposiums and conferences relating to landscape architecture, planning, ecological restoration and sustainability.


At URDC, Ms. Alleger collaborates with other landscape architects to provide site visit, photographic and graphic expertise for presentations, proposals, grant writing and GIS mapping. Ms. Alleger is proficient at ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Ms. Alleger completed the following graduate, post-graduate level and URDC projects:
